Information You Give Us. If you fill out a form or submit information to us online, we will collect your email address and any other relevant information that is needed for the interaction.

Google
We use Google Analytics to monitor the performance and reliability of our website. We also use Google Docs and Google Drive to help manage our clinic. Google’s privacy policies are located here.

Microsoft
We use Microsoft products and cloud storage, including Office365 services, to manage our clinic. Microsoft’s privacy policy can be found here.

Patient Portal
We use the JaneApp Patient Portal for appointments and Electronic Medical Records (EMR). You can read more about their privacy policy here.

Credit Card Processing
We use two payment processing systems.
MerchantOne is our primary payment system and their policy can be found here.
We also use Helcim and their policy can be found here.

 

How long we retain your data

Activity logs are kept for approximately 48hrs

If you fill out our contact form we will retain your email address to communicate with you until you request us to remove it.
